He said currently club members have meetings at noon every Monday in one location and every Thursday in another location of the hospital to learn the exercise free of charge. An American doctor discovered that laughter can increase body resistance against bacteria invasion. Other studies even found that laughter can increase immunoglobulin 'A' in the respiratory tract and in nasal area. Laughing can strengthen the chest muscles to cough out sputum.
