舌頭操——老年性痴呆克星!

我已是耄耋之年的老人了,到了我這個年齡,自然毛病多多。但是我最擔心的是 患上老年性痴呆,不但自己生活不能自理,還連累家人。

As an man in my old age, naturally I have a lot of health problems. But what worries me most is to suffer from Alzseimer's disease. Should that happen to me, not only my own live is jeopardized, it could also lead to adverse impact on the lives of my family.
