The Eyesight Enhancement Juice


Recipe: 1 mid size potato; 1 half apple, 1 midsize tomato; 1 piece of carrot. Peel each of the above and blend them (raw) into juice in a blender. Drink juice every morning empty stomach; do not eat until 1 hour later. In 2 to 3 months, the eyesight, especially for those after their middle age, will be noticeably improved.
