Healthy Herbal Tea Recipe:

Glossy ganoderma (F), tianqi (ФC), danshen ( Salvia miltiorrhiza). about 10 grams each.

Put ingredients in 5 bowls of water. Boil water for approx. 45 minutes to 3 bowls of tea. Drink 1 bowl a day for 3 days.

Effects: detoxification, improve blood flow, refresh mind. This tea is good for high cholesterol, high blood sugar, and high blood lipid
