As an man in my old age, naturally I have a lot of health problems. But
what worries me most is to suffer from Alzseimer's disease. Should that
happen to me,
not only my own live is jeopardized, it could also lead to adverse impact
on the lives of my family.
One day, my son came home and told me that he had a doctor friend taught
him the "tongue exercise" that not only can prevent Alzheimer's disease,
but also contribute to the treatment of chronic diseases such as obesity, hypertension, cerebral
infarction, asthma, presbyopia, Tinnitus, pharyngitis, frozen shoulder,
insomnia, and so on.
My son said the exercise is quite simple. Just stand in front of the mirror
and do the following every morning:
- Stick out your tongue and move it back.. Repeat 10 times,
- Stick out your tongue and move it outside the mouth in a circular
motion. First do it clockwsie then counter-clockwise, 10 times each.
Since then, I follow my son's instructions to work on the "tongues exercise"
everyday.
I continue to practice and improve the "tongues exercise". After doing
the exercise for more than a year, I have found significant improvements in health. My mind is
fresh, the condition of presbyopia, dizziness, gastrointestinal function
have been improved. I have less runny nose now, even my body feels a lot more flexible.
Conclusion: There must be some truth that "tongue exercise" can
help prevent Alzheimer's disease. Medical research shows that the lingual
nerve is connected to the brain.Often the very first sign of aging is a
stiff tongue. So exercise the tongue regularly, can indirectly stimulate
the brain, preventing brain atrophy. Hence, it helps to achieve the objective
of keeping physical health.
