簡易健康素湯
(Simple Healthy Vegetarian Soup)


此素湯用了不同顏色的蔬菜﹐含豐富的維他命﹐而且不加糖或鹽調味﹐是一種很健 康的素食。

1、材料: 玉米一條﹐ 蓮藕半條﹐蕃茄兩個﹐冬菇三朵﹐馬蹄十顆﹐紅蘿蔔一條﹐黑木耳數片﹐ 水一公斤。

2、備料: 紅蘿蔔去皮﹐然後切件﹔蓮藕去皮切片﹔蕃茄切件﹔玉米切段﹔馬蹄去皮 黑木耳、冬菇用水浸透﹐然後切成小塊﹔

3、烹調: 煲中放入水﹐放入所有材料﹐煲約三十五分鐘即可。


This vegetarian soup is easy to make. Not only it looks colorful, it is rich in vitamins. Furthermore, because sugar and salt is not added, it is really a healthy choice.

1. Recipe﹕ Corn (1 piece), lotus root (1 section), 2 tomatoes, carrot (1 piece), 10 water chestnuts dried black mushrooms (3 pieces), a few dried wood mushrooms, and 1 kg of water.

2. Preparation﹕ Cut corn into sections, peel lotus root and cut into slices. Slice tomatoes and cut carrots into pieces. Peel water chestnuts. soak black mushrooms and wood mushrooms in water and then cut into small pieces;

3. Process﹕ Put water and all other recipes in a pot and cook for about 35 minutes.
