Waitankung Movement Description
5. CIRCLING FISTS

PURPOSE:
To strengthen the arms, shoulders, stomach and intestines, and improve digestion. It also helps to tighten the muscles on the waist.
調和上肢與胃腸運動,豁達胸懷、腸胃,幫助消化,增進飲食。 上肢輕活。心胸舒泰。氣血通暢。精神氣爽。

STEPS:

  1. Contiued from the prior movement, feet remains apart and parallel, arms remain extended
  2. Make fists with the thumb inside other fingers
  3. Raise the fists close to the ears, the elbows level with the shoulders, look straight
  4. Turn fists next to the ears nine times, wait for ch'i activation
  5. Push fists up to make cirscles around the ears for about 30 seconds
1)接上式兩手平張 2)兩手先疊兩大姆指兩手心內,跟著疊食指、中指、無名指、小指,成為握拳狀, 即提兩拳拳指背平耳對肩,兩肘向兩外平支,兩肘與肩平,兩腿站直,膝蓋微彎, 目前視,呼吸自然,叩齒,舌抵上顎含唇仍照舊。
3)每數一字兩拳緊一緊,至默數九次數足,靜待先天氣發動。先天氣發動時, 兩拳在肩上自然作小圓周,拳腕輕繞,繞耳逾頭旋轉不停如電流。
4)兩拳在額前向上推﹐經耳背落至肩﹐重複九次。
5)兩拳放在胸前﹐沉肩墜肘﹐用意念點拳打膝蓋﹐腰腎和病灶。

NOTES:
Work until the arms become supple and the chest is relieved of pressure.
額前推拳次數九次後﹐可著量增加﹐以求肩臂舒暢。
