PURPOSE:
To stretch the two sides of the body and maintain deep breath.
伸展身體兩側﹐訓練深呼吸。
MOVEMENT DESCRIPTION:
Bend and straighten body alternating at the left and right side. While the hand in one arm points at the sky,
the other goes downward to point at the ground.
STEPS:
- Stand up in a close heels position
- Bend down with straight knees and both hands pointing at the feet
- Inhale when body is going down
- Rasie and move the left foot apart should width
- Straighten the body and hold the left arm to point at the sky
while the right arm is point at the ground, exhale
- Repeat 2 - 5 with the right leg and the right arm
原地不動,彎腰坐兩腿,兩肘與兩膝對準,兩胳膊伸直,兩手十指鬆開,均置左右
足足面上,臀部稍抬起,頸直、目視襠。此時是吸力、鼻孔有聲,竟待兩手插在雙
足面上(兩手心相對)立即左手由左耳向上伸舉(手心向右)抬頭、半坐目前視。
吸力是哼也,舉手是哈,哈者乎也。
該式屬氣貼背哼哈導引之一種。
做完左式做右式,動作相同﹐手腳和方向相反。
NOTES:
Say "See ........." on your way down (while inhaling) and continue with "Foo ......"
on your way up (while exhaling).
