        Notes:
  1. Shift weight to the left, move left arm towards right; raise right arm and right knee
  2. Stamp the right foot then lift left heel, move left hand to the front and right hand behind
  3. Move left leg out to the left (East) with heel first, swing hands to put right hand towards the ear
  4. Change weight to the left leg to form a bow stance while brushing above the left knee
  5. Make a hook with the left hand and raise it to shoulder height; place the right hand under the chin with palm facing outward
  6. Push the right hand out to line up the hook in front
  7. Separate two arms horizontally half way; then move the right hand further back with fingers gradually turning upward
  8. Turn head to follow the right hand while maintaining the bow stance

2。右腳外撇﹐踏腳擦步﹐
3。右大順纏﹐掤臂下沉﹐
