Notes:
- Pull back two hands behind
- Step down the left foot to the front for a bow stance
- Left arm follows the direction of the left foot, then move the right hand to top the left
forming a cross in front
- Slightly shift weight to the right foot to pivot the left foot 45 degrees out
- Change weight on left foot, advance the right foot to tiptoe next to the left foot
- Turn body slightly to the left, stretch out to the right leg to form a horse riding stance
- Cross hands to face out, then separate the two hands horizontally to the side at shoulder height
