        Notes:
  1. Pull back two hands behind
  2. Step down the left foot to the front for a bow stance
  3. Left arm follows the direction of the left foot, then move the right hand to top the left forming a cross in front
  4. Slightly shift weight to the right foot to pivot the left foot 45 degrees out
  5. Change weight on left foot, advance the right foot to tiptoe next to the left foot
  6. Turn body slightly to the left, stretch out to the right leg to form a horse riding stance
  7. Cross hands to face out, then separate the two hands horizontally to the side at shoulder height with fingers pointing up
