        Notes:

  1. Shift weight to the left and keep body straight on horse-riding stance
  2. Raise the left fist, place the the right arm with fist around the belt area in front
  3. Punch with a right hook
  4. Plug with fingers of the left hand, retreat right fist to chest
  5. Punch down with the right fist and simultaneously pull back the left hand to rest alongside the waist with a pistol grip
