        Notes:

  1. Shift weight to the left and hold fists across with the right fist on top
  2. Move the left fist sideway, the right fist above the forehead
  3. Strike the right fist down on the right side, while tilting the left fist upward
  4. Simultaneously, raise the right knee to stand on the left leg [The above movements are not shown]
  5. Open arms and step down with the right foot across in a horse-riding stance
  6. Close arms in front with the right hand higher than the left, move the left foot to the front in a tip-toe stance
