Notes:
- Open arms (right hand above the head and left hand near the waist),
pivot the left foot to turn backward, move the right foot half a step and change weight
- Lift the left leg and swing 180 degree forming a bow stance to face the front
- Weight on left, raise the right leg and swing it clockwise above the shoulder
- While the right foot is in the air, slap it with the left handand right hand to make a clapping sound twice
- Retreat the right leg, bend knee while standing only on the left leg, keep arms open at the side
