        Notes:

  1. Open arms (right hand above the head and left hand near the waist), pivot the left foot to turn backward, move the right foot half a step and change weight
  2. Lift the left leg and swing 180 degree forming a bow stance to face the front
  3. Weight on left, raise the right leg and swing it clockwise above the shoulder
  4. While the right foot is in the air, slap it with the left handand right hand to make a clapping sound twice
  5. Retreat the right leg, bend knee while standing only on the left leg, keep arms open at the side
