Notes:
- Move to the right foot back but keep weight on the left leg and hold two fists
- Swing fists counter-clockwise to punch the upper part
- Twist wrists to retreat fists to hide near the waist, change weight on the right leg
- Shfit weight to the front, punch fists to hit the mid section, left arm across on top, right elbow face downward
