        Notes:

  1. Move to the right foot back but keep weight on the left leg and hold two fists
  2. Swing fists counter-clockwise to punch the upper part
  3. Twist wrists to retreat fists to hide near the waist, change weight on the right leg
  4. Shfit weight to the front, punch fists to hit the mid section, left arm across on top, right elbow face downward
