Notes:
- Open up fists with fingers pionting forward
- Turn hands counter-clockwise and pull hands back on the right
- Move hands clockwise with left arm leading in front and right arm at the back, palm facing up
- Advance right foot in a "hockey stick" direction to form a tip-toe stance,
with right arm travelling to from bottom to the front;
left hand crosses on top of the right arm
- Make fist with right hand on top of the left hand
- Raise right arm and right knee, pound right fist on left hand, stamp the right foot
