  1. Change right fist to open hand Slightly raise arms in front to shoulder height, turn palms to face down
  2. Separate arms to shoulder width
  3. Lower arms to put hands at the waist level while knees are still bent
  4. Stand straight, feet together, eyes looking straight ahead
