(2) [金剛搗碓] Pound The Mortar

Notes:
- Turn slightly left, circle hands clockwise to the upper left
- Twist hands counter-clockwise to ward-off on the right;
pivot right hell 45 dgrees, change weight to right foot
- Raise left foot and move up to form a bow stance
- Pull hands back on the right
- Move hands clockwise with left arm leading in front and right arm at the back, palm facing up
- Advance right foot in a "hockey stick" direction to form a tip-toe stance,
with right arm travelling to from bottom to the front;
left hand crosses on top of the right arm
- Make fist with right hand on top of the left hand
- Raise right arm and right knee, pound right fist on left hand, stamp the right foot
