太極十三刀

The poem:

一) 七星跨虎交刀式 1. Seven stars, ride tiger then change hand grip
二) 騰挪閃展意氣揚 2. Soar to clear, dodge to strike with high spirit
三) 左顧右盼兩分張 3. Gaze left and right split two arms to hit back
四) 白鶴展翅五行掌 4. White crane spreads wings follow by lift and push
五) 風捲荷花葉內藏 5. Wind blows lotus blossom to hide under leaves
六) 玉女穿梭八方勢 6. Fair lady works the shuttle in eight directions
七) 三星開合自主張 7. Triple stars open and close in their own will
八) 二起腳來打虎勢 8. High kick followed by striking tiger left and right
九) 披身斜掛鴛鴦腳 9. Drape over body and walk like mandarin ducks
十) 順水推舟鞭作篙 10. Push the boat forward, the whip turns to a pole
十一) 下勢三合自由招 11. Close hands to a low form with free style
十二) 左右分水龍門跳 12. Split water left and right, leap over the dragon gate
