Raise The Bamboo Curtain
West East

  1. Right foot retreats to go behind the left foot, toes touch ground first, turn sword up with a semi-circle so that palm is facing downward
  2. Squat halfway down, lower sword handle below the waist, sword tip points up diagonally, eyes follow the tip; then, while squatting, spin turn body to the right with the ball of the right foot, carrying sword across

  1. Now that the body is facing the West, rise up with the support of the right leg, left foot tip toe, raise sword up in front
  2. Raise the left knee up high forming a one leg stance, simultaneously use a back hand to lift the ponting forward above the head, sword finger taps the back of the right fore arm, straight the back and look forward
