- Turn body and shift weight to the left with sword finger facing up close to the waist,
slightly lower sword in front with a palm facing upward, then
turn body right to stand on the right leg, raise the left foot next to the right leg above the ankle,
turn palm to face down and bring it back
to the right at shoulder level, sword finger on the back of the right palm

- Turn body left and lower the left foot in front with the toes point 45o to North East,
lower sword to the right waist and turn palm to face up, curl up the sword finger behind the waist
- Right foot steps up to a bow stance, pierce sword horizontally via the center, curve sword finger above head,
straight the back and look forward
