        Notes:

  1. Stand straight, feet together, eyes looking straight ahead
  2. Move left foot sideway to shoulder width
  3. Gradually raise arms in front to shoulder height, palms facing downward, fingers slightly apart, wider between thumb and index finger
  4. Lower arms to put hands at the waist level while bending knees
