        Notes:

  1. Simultaneouly circle left hand counter-clockwise (small) and right hand clockwise (large)
  2. Move right hand to the left at waist level to meet the left hand
  3. Raise both hand to the right hand back to back above the shoulder level
  4. Make a big circle with two hand clockwise on the right side
  5. Pull two hand back so that the right hand is in the mid section on the right (palm facing up) and the left hand to the left at the height near the left temple, holding an open hook (i.e., open the index finger and the thumb, other 3 fingers closed)
  6. Slightly shift weight to the right, open both hands apart
  7. Turn and move both hands to the left half way closing; than lower the hands passing the neck to chest height
  8. Turn body and push both hands to the right, left foot follows to form a tip-toe stance.
