        Notes:

  1. Rotate two hands on the right (ball rotating movement) to raise the right hand with a hook
  2. Turn to look left, raise the left foot and move it out to the left to form a horse-riding stance
  3. Shift weight to the left with the right hook hanging on the right
  4. Shift weight to the right with the left hand moving toward the hook
  5. Gradually turn left hand counter-clockwise, then increase speed to place it to the left (palm facing the front)
  6. Adjust the horse-riding stance slightly on the left side
  7. Look to the front

1。順纏推收、轉身提勾﹐
2。屈膝擦腳、左移重心﹐
2。右移提掌、順纏翻腕﹐
4。右轉擺掌、偏馬立掌。
