West East

  1. Right foot steps back, raise sword in front to shoulder high, lower sword finger to join the right forearm
  2. Turn body right, withdraw sword and move it across in front of the right shoulder
  3. Bring sword down to the waist level, bring back left foot tip-toe next to the right foot
  1. Turn body left to face North East, left foot steps up
  2. Change weight to form a left bow stance, extend arm through the center to pierce sword horizontally, curve left sowrd finger above the lefe forehead; keep head and body straight, energy focus is on the tip of the sword
