  1. Pivot left heel to make toes turn right, pull sword in front of the chest, sword finger rests on top of right wrist
  2. Shift weight to the left foot, raise right foot next to the left foot above the ankle and turn body right, extend sword in font
  1. Continue to turn body to make up a total of 135o rotation bring sword along, right foot steps out towards North West
  2. Change weight to form a right bow stance, slash sword on the right side with palm facing downward, accompanied by the sword finger
