The Tiger Holds Its Head

West East

  1. Right foot steps back, extend sword to the front
  2. Separate the sword finger and the sword and move them to the sides, shift weight to the right foot, left foot sticks out to a toes tapping stance, straignten the back and seat firmly
  1. Move forward with the left foot, elevating sword and sword finger up to chest high on the side
  2. Right knee rises above the waist, stand on one leg, bring sword and sword finger to meet in front; sword finger (or change to an open hand) holds the back of the right hand, both face up
