  1. Lower the right foot in front to land on heel first, lower the sword and sword finger to waist level
  2. Right foot steps forword, the left foot straightly rises behind, extend the sword in front
  3. Lean body forward and leap over an imaginary line softly landing on toes first and settle weight on the left foot; separate the sword and sword finger to settle on their side, palms face down
  1. Right foot advances one step, lower sword finger to curl against the waist on the left side; palms face up
  2. Move forward to form a right bow stance, from the center pierce horizontally, energy focus is on the tip of the sword; curve left arm up with the sword finger raised above the head behind the shoulder
