- Turn body and shift weight to the left legt, withdraw the right foot to tip toe next to the left foot,
swing sword counter clockwise and sword finger clockwise from above, when they cross each other on top,
lower them to waist level
- Continue the sword movement counter clockwise to point at the ground, then
move it upward to the right, right foot steps out

above the head with the sword tip pointing to the front, sword finger touches the right fore arm;
left foot steps up in front to form a tapping stance, eyes on the tip of the sword
