        Notes:

  1. Turn slightly left, circle hands clockwise to the upper left
  2. Twist hands counter-clockwise to ward-off on the right; pivot right hell 45 dgrees, change weight to right foot
  3. Raise left foot and move up to form a bow stance
  4. Pull hands back on the right
  5. Move hands clockwise with left arm leading in front and right arm at the back, palm facing up
  6. Advance right foot in a "hockey stick" direction to form a tip-toe stance, with right arm travelling to from bottom to the front; left hand crosses on top of the right arm
  7. Make fist with right hand on top of the left hand
  8. Raise right arm and right knee, pound right fist on left hand, stamp the right foot
