        Notes:

  1. Turn hand and fist counter-clockwise to the left
  2. Open fist and turn counter-clockwise to separate hands
  3. Turn the head to look right, raise right leg to move it to the right forming a horse-riding stance
  4. Shift weight to the right with left hand tapping the right arm in front
  5. Swing the right hand count-clockwise and slowly move it to reach out on the right at eye level, palm facing the front
  6. Retreat left hand to the waist, adjust the horse-riding stance slightly on the right side
  7. Look to the front

2。分掌划弧、左定右收﹐
3。擦腳合臂、右移重心﹐
