Test The Sea Water
West East

  1. Turn body left and bring sword from above to point at the ground, sword finger crosses the handle and stays next to the right shoulder
  2. Right foot steps up; through a circular movement raise sword above the head

  1. Stand on the right leg and the left knee rises up above the waist
  2. Bring sword to hit down at knee level like a turning wheel, sword finger curves above the head
  3. Slightly bend body to the front
