Taichi Sword 32 Form Movements
to Sword Menu
Turn body left and bring sword from above to point at the ground, sword finger cross the handle and stay next to the right shoulder
Right foot steps up; through a circular movement raise sword above the head
Stand on the right leg and lift the left knee above the waist
Bring sword to chop down at knee level lik a turning wheel, sword finger curve above the head
Slightly bend body to the front
