Pushing The Boat With Current

West East
  1. Right foot steps forward diagonally, curve sword backward, counter clockwise, passing the knee on the right side; eyes follow the tip
  2. Right leg crosses over the left leg to form a halfway rest stance, open two arms 180o in shoulder height, extend sword towards the West, sword finger towards the East,
  1. While still in the halfway rest stance, bring sword upright after turning the wrist clockwise
  2. Left foot rises up to advance, raise sword above the head
  3. Turn body left form a left bow stance facing East, pierce in front with a back hand, targetting the eyes or the throat of the opponent
